Mark Pregmon

Mark Pregmon serves as the General Manager at USAA, overseeing profit and loss as well as product management for an extensive portfolio exceeding $25 billion in Auto, Marine, RV, and Unsecured assets since August 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Head of Credit Operations at USAA, managing Credit Underwriting, Core Servicing, and Default Management for Consumer Lending Products. Mark's experience also includes serving as Executive Vice President at PNC from June 2012 to August 2019, where responsibilities included leadership over Lending Servicing for various consumer lending products. Mark's career began at SunTrust Banks, culminating in the role of Executive Vice President. Mark holds an MBA in Management/Marketing from UCF College of Business, a CBA from the University of Virginia's Graduate School of Retail Banking, and a BSBA in Finance from UCF College of Business.
