Marv Abrams is a dynamic and accomplished Senior Instructional Designer with extensive experience in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of both distance learning and instructor-led training content. Currently employed at USAA since 2012, they develop curriculum and training strategies based on adult learning theories. Previously, Marv held various roles, including Task Analyst at Air Education and Training Command and Chief of Education and Training Development with the United States Air Force, where they advised on training programs and developed instructional materials. Additionally, Marv served as President for both the Central Region and a local chapter of Tuskegee Airmen Inc. from 2006 to 2022, overseeing multiple initiatives across numerous states. Marv earned their degree from the University of Phoenix, concluding their studies in 2013.
