Matt Rowley, MBA, CPCU, is the Director of Executive Operational Planning for the Property & Casualty organization at USAA, where they serve as the Deputy Chief of Staff supporting the P&C President. Since joining USAA in 2006, Matt has held various roles, including Specialist in Consumer Lending and Executive Administrator for the 3rd Party Distribution team. Before their current position, they contributed to the Financial Advice & Solutions Group, focusing on expanding external distribution of investment products. Matt earned a BSBA from the University of the Incarnate Word and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and has the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Additionally, Matt served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, completing two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
