Matthew Gish

Matthew Gish is currently the Director of Decision Science Analytics at USAA, where they lead a team focused on data strategy and analytical support for the Deposits portfolio. With a strong background in business intelligence, Gish has previously held roles at USAA as Director and Manager of Decision Science Analytics, and has experience from Kanematsu USA Inc. as an Associate. They earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they also served as VP-Communications for the Business Analytics Club. Gish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
