Matthew Gulinello

Matthew Gulinello is currently the Director of Fraud Strategy at USAA, where they oversee fraud strategy and advisory for the bank. They are responsible for creating and managing policies for enterprise fraud risk management and assessing risk for the online bank. Previously, Gulinello held leadership positions at companies including Ally, BMO Harris Bank, and Morgan Stanley, where they developed and implemented fraud operations and strategies. Gulinello earned a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the City University of New York-John Jay College and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Legal Studies from St. John's University.
