Meaghan Almas

Meaghan Almas, CPA, is a dedicated accounting and auditing professional currently serving as the Director of Audit - Insurance at USAA. Previously, Meaghan held roles including Senior Manager - Assurance at PwC, where they focused on financial services and the insurance industry, and Senior Inspector at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Meaghan also supported academic endeavors as a Graduate Research Assistant at Auburn University and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Miami. They hold a Master's degree in Accounting from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Miami. An avid runner and travel enthusiast, Meaghan believes that immersing oneself in new cultures fosters personal growth and a deeper understanding of the world.
