Megan Vera

Megan Vera, CPTM, is a results-oriented Learning and Development Leader with extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful training solutions. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at USAA, they lead a team dedicated to empowering military members and their families through effective learning strategies. Previously, Megan worked as a Learning and Leadership Development Analyst at Bank of America, where they managed global training for military banking programs. Additionally, as co-owner of Looney Toons Blacksmith Shop, they handle budgeting and fiscal planning while supporting continuing education initiatives in the farrier industry. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Corporate Training and Educational Technology from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley and is pursuing an Associate of Arts in Business Administration at Northwest Vista College.
