Melanie Mecke is currently the Director of Fraud Prevention at USAA, where they leverage their experience in business analysis and technical management to deliver innovative solutions. Previously, Melanie held various roles at Bank of America, including Vice President of Technology Management, where they managed a team of Technical Business Analysts and contributed to the development of regulatory compliance applications. Melanie also served as a Manager of Fraud Strategy & Analytics at Ally and an IT Client Services Intern at Dominion Virginia Power. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech and are currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Analytics from Wharton Online.
