Melanie Ruprecht is a seasoned strategic leader with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries. They have held significant roles at prominent organizations, including Wells Fargo, USAA, and US Bank, where they led client-facing projects, managed enterprise compliance, and enhanced business performance. Currently, Melanie serves as the Strategy and Planning Director at USAA and is involved as a member of the Board of Directors for New Pathways, Inc.
