Melissa Phillips is an accomplished and outcome-driven UX leader with a strong background in product management and user experience optimization, currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at USAA since 2023. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Experience Designer at Thoughtworks and as a UX Designer at Frost Bank. Melissa has also gained experience as a UI/UX Designer at Five Pack Creative and Fossil Group, Inc., and completed a Product Design Internship with The Guild of Software Architects. They continue their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Art from California State University-Sacramento and are pursuing a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Penn Foster.
