Melissa Phillips is an accomplished and outcome-driven UX leader with a strong background in product management and user experience optimization, currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at USAA since 2023. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Experience Designer at Thoughtworks and as a UX Designer at Frost Bank.
