Michael Bird, CPCU, has a diverse background in claims management and finance, with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Serving as the Regional Claims Director at AssuredPartners from September 2015 to November 2020, Michael then transitioned to USAA as a Property Field Adjuster in November 2020. Prior to these roles, Michael worked as a Field Claims Rep at Farmers Insurance from April 2011 to August 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Western Carolina University (2000-2002) and a Master of Science in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University (2016-2019).
