Michael Black

Michael Black possesses extensive experience in workplace and business services, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at USAA since September 2007. In this role, Michael oversees corporate flight services, utilizing two Falcon 2000 aircraft, and is a qualified ATP pilot. Previous roles at USAA include Executive Director of Workplace and Business Services and Executive Director of Transportation Services, where responsibilities included managing transportation, food, and logistics for a large workforce. Additionally, Michael has a background as a Director of Enterprise Risk Management and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Military service includes a tenure as LtCol in the USMC Reserve, flying the AV-8B Harrier. Michael also held the position of Regional Sales Director at ICON Aircraft from 2009 to 2014. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Miami University.
