Michael Burbank

Michael Burbank is a Business Support Analyst for Audit Services at USAA, focusing on the Audit Operations and Planning team where they assist the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Audit team. Previously, Michael held various auditing roles at USAA, including Senior Auditor and Audit Regulatory Liaison, where they managed regulatory interactions and developed management systems to enhance audit processes. Michael earned a B.S. in University Studies – Leadership, graduating summa cum laude, and an M.S. in ALEC (Organizational Leadership) from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Michael enjoys hiking with their family and has led several faith-based trips globally.
