Michael Carvelli

Michael Carvelli is an executive leader and change agent with a strong background in operations excellence and team leadership. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, they have held various leadership positions, including Deputy Director at General Dynamics Information Technology and Vice President of Operations at Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group, where they successfully quadrupled team size and significantly increased customer satisfaction metrics. Most recently, Michael served as President of Celtic Systems, where they revitalized company culture and improved financial discipline. Currently, they are the Director of Workload Planning and Forecasting at USAA.
