Michael Evans

Michael Evans, CISSP, is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as a Senior Information Security Analyst at USAA and an Adjunct Professor in Information Studies at Syracuse University. With extensive experience as a Director of IT and CISO at NYSERNet and a Vulnerability Software Developer at American Cyber Security Systems, they have demonstrated a commitment to data security and compliance across various organizations. Michael has also held positions such as President/Owner of Business Visions and held significant roles at Colgate University, where they further honed their expertise in network and systems analysis. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science at Regis University, building on their previous Master’s in Information Assurance/Cyber Security.
