Michael Kiely

Michael Kiely, NBE, serves as the Director and Head of Compliance Monitoring at USAA since November 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating responses to regulatory and audit requests, promoting compliance processes, and enhancing outcomes. Prior experience includes a role as VP at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where oversight of compliance and operational risk programs was key, alongside developing regulatory action plans and leading teams in compliance reviews. Previously, Michael served as a National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, conducting bank examinations and ensuring compliance. Additional experiences include positions in insurance, real estate, and banking, where skills in risk assessment, customer service, and mentorship were cultivated. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, along with studies at the University of Florida.
