Michael Lundblad

Michael Lundblad is currently a Business Risk and Controls Advisor on the 1st Line of Defense Business Control Management team, responsible for overseeing member Remediations and Restitutions at USAA. In addition, they serve as the Manager of Customer Restitution at Comerica Bank, where they focus on the development and execution of the Customer Restitution program. Previously, Michael held the position of Compliance Officer at JPMorgan Chase, where they conducted investigations related to AML and regulatory compliance. They also gained experience as a Market Analyst at Geekdom, developing marketing strategies for a tech startup. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas State University-San Marcos and an MBA from St. Mary's University.
