Michael McCrea

Michael McCrea, PhD, is currently the Executive Director of Business and Data Analytics at USAA. They previously held various roles, including Lead Decision Science Analyst and Director of Data Science and Decision Science Analytics at the same organization. Prior to joining USAA, they served as the Director of Operations Consulting at Ursa Information Systems and held multiple leadership positions at the U.S. Army War College, where they focused on command and leadership studies. Michael's academic background includes a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Military Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
