Michael V. Langston

Michael V. Langston is currently a Senior Program/Project Manager at USAA, specializing in banking operations. They were the first Hiring our Heroes Fellow hosted at the USAA-Charlotte Office and previously served as an Operations Manager in the United States Marine Corps for nearly two decades. Michael held various leadership roles, including Assistant Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Operations with Marine Forces Special Operations Command, where they managed significant personnel and budget responsibilities. They earned multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Finance, and consistently achieved high academic honors.
