Michelle Andersen has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Risk and Controls at USAA. Throughout their career, Michelle has held various leadership roles in risk management, compliance, and strategic planning. Michelle also has experience in product operations and personal lines management at companies such as Allstate and Encompass. Michelle holds a BA in English from Indiana University Bloomington.
