Michelle Myllo

Michelle Myllo is a dedicated Business Process Owner with extensive experience in improving banking processes. They worked at USAA from 2009 to 2017 in various roles, including Business Process Owner, Business Advisor, and Relationship Specialist, where they provided expert knowledge on banking accounts and trained new teammates. Prior to that, they gained customer service experience at Black Hills Corporation and Pinnacle Towers, and served in educational roles as a Paraprofessional and Inventory Manager. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from American InterContinental University and studied Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech.
