Mike Kyne

Mike Kyne is an accomplished leader with extensive experience at USAA since October 2003, currently serving as the Director of Business Innovation. In this role, Mike leads a team focused on cultural change and utilizing technology to enhance the member experience. Previously, Mike held positions such as Director of UW Research and various underwriting roles, accumulating a wealth of expertise in data analytics and insurance. Additionally, Mike co-founded the Be Fierce Foundation in 2017, advocating for families dealing with rare diseases, and is a member of the St. Petersburg Innovation District Council. Mike holds an MBA in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BS in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.
