Mike McDonough

Mike McDonough is currently a Business Strategy Lead at USAA, where they manage strategic forecasting initiatives and cross-departmental partnerships in the Personal Lines insurance sector. Previously, they served in various roles, including Vice President of Finance & Business Analysis at BBVA in the USA, where they led finance and business analysis for the Treasury & Commercial Payments team. Mike's early career included positions in media relations for the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting, along with financial roles at Schaub Financial and Liberty Mutual Insurance. They are actively pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master's in Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania.
