Nadia Knops is a results-driven design leader with expertise in scalable design systems, UX research, and process optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Experience Designer at USAA, Nadia specializes in end-to-end product design, information architecture, and interaction design. Previously, Nadia held roles such as UX Lead at CloudBees, where they led a cross-functional team and pioneered the creation of sales journey maps, and Design Manager at The Bridge (now North Highland).
