Nadia Rosales is a results-driven Product Leader currently serving as Director of Agile Product Management at USAA, where they lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative credit card products. With over 10 years of experience in financial services, they have effectively navigated complex agile environments and solved operational challenges. Previously, Nadia held various roles at USAA, including Experience Owner Lead and Development Product Owner Lead, where they drove strategic initiatives that enhanced member engagement and mitigated portfolio risk. They began their career as a Computer Software Consultant and held positions in education and technology, consistently demonstrating expertise in product development and collaborative execution. Nadia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
