Nancy Allard is currently the Associate General Counsel at USAA and a 2025 LCLD Fellow. They have previously served as GEICO Staff Counsel and worked at firms such as Bassi, Martini, Edlin & Blum LLP and McDowell Shaw Colman. Nancy earned a J.D. from San Francisco Law School in 2007 and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003.
