Nancy Parker

Nancy Parker, CPCU, is a property and casualty professional with over 25 years of multi-line and multi-state underwriting experience. Currently serving as the Product Development Director at USAA, Nancy has previously held significant roles including AVP of Product and Underwriting at Centauri Insurance and Director of Underwriting, where they revamped underwriting processes and collaborated on state strategies. Their career spans positions that involved strategic design of underwriting programs at Kemper, as well as developing agency relationships at Amica Mutual Insurance Company. A graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Nancy is recognized for their skills in training, customer service, and workflow optimization.
