Nathan McCrary

Nathan McCrary is an experienced information technology professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Information Technology at USAA since June 2007, Nathan has held various roles in IT Operations, including leadership positions in Observability, Mainframe Management, Enterprise Business System Administration, and WebOps System Administration. Previous experience includes working at Counterforce USA, Inc. as a Dealer Relations Representative and Technical Support Team Leader, as well as serving as Direct Care Staff at Behavioral Training Research. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Houston.
