Patrick Barry

Patrick Barry is an experienced banking and legal professional currently serving as the Bank Operations Executive at USAA, where responsibilities include overseeing Bank Resiliency and Military Benefits Operations, ensuring compliance with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and Military Lending Act (MLA). Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC, providing legal support on retail banking operations, and Senior Vice President at PNC, leading the Servicemembers Operations Center and advising on regulatory matters. A graduate of Thomas R.
