Paul Martinez

Paul Martinez is a seasoned project and program management professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including financial services, academia, and the military. Since February 2022, Paul has served as a Senior Project Program Manager at USAA, where responsibilities include developing the Project Management Program and overseeing multiple complex projects. Previously, Paul has held key roles at USAA as a Lead Process Engineer and HR Senior Project Manager, as well as a Vice President at Bank of America, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance project management processes. Paul’s military career with the US Army spanned nearly a decade, where significant leadership and logistics management experience was gained, directing numerous initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
