Paula Maresh

Paula Maresh is a seasoned leader in IT with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Bank Omnichannel Product Management at USAA since 2023. Previously, Paula held various roles at Kohl's Department Stores from 2001 to 2008, including Manager of Credit Technology Servicing Platform and IT Manager for Omni-Channel Systems Solutions. Additionally, from 2018 to 2023, Paula was the Director of the Data Quality Factory at USAA, focusing on enhancing data quality through AI and automation. Paula earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, having previously studied at the University of Pittsburgh from 1987 to 1989.
