Rae Gonzalez

Rae Gonzalez is currently the Chief of Staff to the Life Company President at USAA, where they are responsible for executing strategic and operational initiatives. Previously, Rae held roles at USAA as an Executive Operational Planning Manager and Advisor, focusing on aligning communication with corporate strategies. Rae has a background as a Child Abuse Investigation Specialist with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and has experience managing disaster relief efforts as a Lead Case Manager for Hurricane Katrina victims. Rae is also an Advisory Board Member for the Chief of Staff Roundtable and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
