Randy Jones

Randy Jones is currently the Manager of Claims Operations at USAA, overseeing physical damage operations in Nebraska, Kansas, Western Missouri, and Oklahoma. Previously, Randy held various positions at USAA, including Physical Damage Trainer and Appraiser, where responsibilities encompassed training, conducting assessments of physical damage, and overseeing teams of appraisers. Randy also worked as a Field Claims Examiner at American Family Insurance and served as an air host and board operator at Bick Broadcasting. They earned a degree from Northwest Missouri State University between 1982 and 1986.
