Raymond Chappell

Raymond Chappell is an experienced Senior Threat Hunter currently employed at USAA since 2025. Previously, they served as a CND Analyst in the US Navy, where they led a Cyber Protection Team and managed training and certification processes. Raymond has also held positions as a Senior Cyber Analyst at PeopleTec and a Cyber Threat Hunter at Raytheon Technologies, conducting threat intelligence analysis and defensive cyber operations. Additional experience includes roles at Pondurance, Bolt, and root9B, where they focused on identifying vulnerabilities and conducting active adversarial pursuit operations. Raymond earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2006.
