Rebecca Larson

Rebecca Larson is a Lead Experience Designer at USAA with a passion for developing leaders and teams through human-centered thinking and radical empathy. Previously serving as a UX Designer and Lead UX Designer at USAA from 2017 to 2022, they excelled in holistic design efforts and mentoring teammates. Before that, they contributed as a web developer and designer for Las Casas Foundation, and as a graduate assistant at Texas State University, where they also focused on digital media as a graduate student. Currently, they are pursuing a professional certification in Executive & Professional Coaching at The University of Texas at Dallas.
