Renee Araujo

Renee Araujo is the Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Counsel at USAA, where they provide legal counsel to support business objectives and mitigate risk. Previously, they served as VP, Senior Counsel, Regulatory Exams at EverBank from 2012 to 2019, managing regulatory relationships and responses. With a background in law that includes roles at JPMorgan Chase, the FDIC, and various private practice positions, they have extensive experience in regulatory compliance and legal guidance across multiple sectors. Renee holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law.
