Ric Pena

Ric Pena has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Strategic Innovation Director for Insurance Product and Technology Innovation at USAA since August 1999. Previously, Ric held positions as a P&C Senior Underwriter and an Insurance Sales and Service Specialist at USAA. Prior to this, Ric worked at Texas Independent Insurance Agency from August 1997 to August 1999 in P&C Insurance Sales and Service. Ric earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Incarnate Word, completing the degree between 2000 and 2005, and attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1998 to 2000.
