Robert M Rogers

Robert M. Rogers, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe PMPO, Col USAF, Ret., is the Lead Development Product Owner at USAA, where they drive the implementation of complex initiatives to achieve strategic business goals. A 26-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Robert has extensive experience in program management, operations, and training, having held several leadership positions including Senior Leader at the United States Strategic Command. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Texas A&M University and multiple master's degrees, including in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. Recognized for outstanding accomplishment, Robert received five Meritorious Service Medals and various awards throughout their career.
