Robert Smith III

Robert Smith III has extensive experience in the insurance and military sectors, demonstrating significant expertise in claims adjustment and bioenvironmental engineering. At USAA since April 2013, Robert has held various roles including Facilitator I, Manager of Claims Operations, and Auto Adjuster II, where responsibilities included investigating and negotiating insurance claims, managing complex liability issues, and leading projects to enhance operational efficiency. Robert's contributions have positively impacted hundreds of colleagues and claims adjusters. Additionally, Robert served in the US Air Force Reserve as a Bioenvironmental Engineer from March 2010 to March 2020, overseeing training programs and improving emergency management initiatives.
