Roderick Terrell, MSIM, is an experienced Data and Technology Leader currently serving as the Regulatory Reporting & Automation Lead at USAA since 2012. With a robust background in IT Program Management, Operational Analytics, and process improvement, Roderick has successfully managed numerous system upgrades and data migrations. Prior to USAA, Roderick contributed as a Lead Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo, focusing on re-engineering business processes and enhancing data visualization. Additionally, Roderick held the role of IT & Analytics Manager at the Louisiana Land Trust, overseeing a $10MM software development project and managing a team of analysts and contractors.
