Rodney Toliver

Rodney Toliver, CPACC, is a Senior Accessibility Advisor at USAA, where expertise ensures the accessibility of web and mobile prototypes through evaluative services and adherence to accessibility guidelines. Previously, Rodney served as a Web Application Analyst for the American Heart Association, focusing on accessibility assessment and remediation of digital content. Earlier roles include contracting at USAA, where coordination of member experience reviews was key, as well as founding fileFULLY, LLC, providing web design services. Rodney's career began at Alamo Colleges, where roles progressed from Multimedia Specialist to Senior Multimedia Specialist. Rodney holds an A.A.S. in Computer Maintenance from St. Philip's College.
