Roger Ibarra

Roger Ibarra, MBA, is a Senior Sourcing and Procurement Manager at USAA, where they conduct all phases of IT sourcing and acquisitions. With extensive experience in military contracting and supply chain management, they held various roles in the United States Marine Corps, including Information Operations Staff Officer and Procurement Officer. From 2013 to 2021, Ibarra served as a Major in the Marine Corps Reserve, focusing on contract audit and closeout for Marine Forces Special Operations Command. Ibarra is currently pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics at the University of the Incarnate Word and holds multiple certifications in procurement and acquisitions.
