Ron Ludwick

Ron Ludwick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across multiple industries, including government and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at USAA, Ron was selected by Executive Management to manage a high-visibility program encompassing ten business units, achieving notable efficiencies and time savings. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Operations at CSC ServiceWorks, where Ron led enterprise-wide projects resulting in $36 million in cost savings. Recognized as a rising star at Stryker, Ron maintained a perfect installation return rate across multiple projects. Additionally, as a Program Manager in the US Army, Ron was an exemplary leader, managing logistics and financial operations for a large organization. Ron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
