Ron Willbanks

Ron Willbanks is a strategic IT leader with over 15 years of experience in enterprise IT service delivery and information security. Currently a Senior Manager of DevOps at USAA, they lead a team focused on agile delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance applications. Previously, Ron served in various leadership roles, including Director of IT Service Management at CHRISTUS Health and Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at CPS Energy, where they developed comprehensive strategies for technology and service management. Ron also holds an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Oakland University, which they are currently pursuing.
