Roxie Baird is an experienced Tax Director currently leading state tax initiatives at USAA, where they manage a diverse team focused on compliance, planning, and audit management across various entities. With a strong foundation in tax analysis from their early career at Hardin, Wolff, Bradley & Co. and KPMG, Roxie has developed expertise in sales tax, premium tax, and state and local tax matters. Roxie holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami.
