Russell Breeding, PMP, PSM I, is a Senior Project and Process Management Leader with over 20 years of experience in technology solutions and IT project management, including expertise in Agile methodologies. Russell has held various roles at numerous organizations such as USAA, McAfee, and Perot Systems Corporation, where they have successfully led projects across healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. Currently, Russell serves as the Lead Scrum Master for the Fraud IT team at USAA, focusing on case and alert management tools. Prior to this, they held multiple leadership roles, driving program governance and process improvements while mentoring project managers. Russell earned a BA in Management, Business, and Computer Science from West Texas A&M University.
