Ryan Griffin

Ryan Griffin is currently the Head of Shared Services for USAA Bank’s Credit Card and Deposit product lines, where they lead efforts to drive business performance and growth. Previously, Ryan held various leadership roles at USAA, including Head of Career, Leadership Development, and Culture, and Director of Call Center Operations, demonstrating a strong track record in talent management and operational optimization. Ryan began their career at Bombardier Aerospace as a Sales Associate and later served as a Sales Director, showcasing significant sales achievements. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California, and are currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at Villanova University.
