Ryan Suerth is a seasoned attorney and manager, currently serving as Director and Attorney at USAA, where they oversee auto insurance litigation involving bad faith and extra-contractual claims for a prominent insurer dedicated to the military community. Ryan's previous roles include Associate General Counsel, Partner at Murtha Cullina LLP, and managing their own law practice, all focused on insurance coverage litigation on behalf of policyholders. Before entering private practice, Ryan served as a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, gaining valuable experience during a deployment to Iraq. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University and continues their education there.
