Ryan Wood

Ryan Wood is a strategic leader and data-driven decision-maker currently serving as the Director of Business and Data Analytics in Data Modernization at USAA. With a diverse background in management and analytics, Ryan has held various leadership roles at USAA, including Program Manager Lead and Director of Business Strategy Analytics, where they focused on developing high-performing teams and enhancing member experience. Prior to their extensive tenure at USAA, Ryan gained valuable experience as an Assistant Clinic Administrator at Massage Envy. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, and is currently pursuing further education at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
