Samuel Williams

Samuel Williams (Major - RET), MBA, CPM, is currently an Executive Operational Planning Manager at USAA, where they support senior leadership in prioritizing key deliverables and initiatives. They have extensive experience in operations and strategic leadership, having served as a Human Resources Director and Adjutant General in the United States Army from 1986 to 2010. Samuel has also held various roles in change management and compliance at USAA and has contributed to process improvement initiatives in organizations such as Becton, Dickinson and Company. They earned multiple degrees, including an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a M.A. in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
